- Corrections. A wrong formula, a misleading explanation, a typo in the copy — tell us which page and what's off. We publish a note on the page after fixing per our methodology.
- Missing calculators. Tell us what you were looking for. We prioritise by request volume.
- Bugs. Calculator returning the wrong answer, page not loading, layout broken on your device — screenshots help.
- Press and partnerships. Same inbox, lead with the ask in the subject line.
Response time
Usually within 2 business days. If a calculator is returning a wrong answer, flag it in the subject line — those get fixed same-day when we can.
